Appointment of Temporary Commissioner for Kaitaia Intermediate Pursuant to section 109 (3) of the Education Act 1989, and section 25 (f) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1924, and a power delegated to me, due to the intended absence of the commissioner for a period of 2 months, I, Kathy Phillips, Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education hereby: (a) Terminate the appointment of Frank William Leadley as Commissioner of Kaitaia Intermediate School, as from 24 July 1997. (b) Appoint Peter John Joyce, retired school principal, as Commissioner of Kaitaia Intermediate School, as from 24 July 1997. (c) Terminate the appointment of Peter John Joyce as commissioner, as from 14 September 1997. (d) Reappoint Frank William Leadley as commissioner, as from 14 September 1997.
