Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 16th day of December 1996 at the District Court at Hamilton, Sonny Rangiawha of 16 Coleridge Drive, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to suspended sentence of imprisonment for 9 months, 9 months community programme and disqualified for 5 years following his conviction on a charge of driving while disqualified having been previously been convicted. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. L. B. Spear has ordered that a 1974 Ford Escort, registration No. GZ 8605 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Sonny Rangiawha, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
