Provision of Aviation Security Services Pursuant to section 79a of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Jennifer Mary Shipley, Minister of Transport, hereby specify that only the Aviation Security Service may be granted an aviation document to provide aviation security services at any aerodrome or navigation installation designated a security designated aerodrome or security designated navigation installation in accordance with section 82 of that Act.
