Appointment of Membership of the New Zealand Lotteries Commission Pursuant to section 73 (1) (a) and section 74 (1) of the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977, I hereby appoint Kathryn Uvhagen as a member of the New Zealand Lotteries Commission for a term of 3 years commencing on 1 June 1997 and ending on 31 May 2000.
