Acting Judge of High Court Appointed Pursuant to section 11a of the Judicature Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint The Honourable Sir Richard Ian Barker to be an acting Judge of the High Court, for a term of 12 months commencing on the 8th day of September 1997.
