Law Commissioners Appointed Pursuant to sections 9 and 11 of the Law Commission Act 1985, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, has been pleased to appoint Denese Letitia Henare, barrister and solicitor of Auckland and Donald Fredrick Dugdale, barrister and solicitor of Auckland each to be a Commissioner of the Law Commission for terms of 3 years and 5 years respectively.
