Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 7th day of April 1997 at the District Court at Tauranga, Howard Garth Turner of Flat 8, 8 Mission Street, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 9 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 2 years from the 7th day of April 1997, following his conviction on the 7th day of April 1997 for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. C. McKegg has ordered that a Ford Cortina motor vehicle, registration No. GU 8076, owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Howard Garth Turner, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
