Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 2nd day of April 1997 at the District Court at Tauranga, Hope Pio of State Highway No. 35, Te Kaha, was convicted and fined $1,000 and to pay Court costs $95 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 12 months following his conviction on the 2nd day of April 1997 for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge J. R. Callander has ordered that a Ford Cortina motor vehicle, registration No. JQ 1999, owned by the above-mentioned defendant Hope Pio, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
