Motor Vehicle Salesmen Registration Authority Pursuant to section 63 (2) (a) of the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act 1975, the Minister of Justice has been pleased to appoint Gary Laurence Turkington, barrister of Wellington as the chairperson of the Motor Vehicle Salesmen Registration Authority, and appoint pursuant to section 63 (2) (c) of the said Act Hugh Barnett Cunningham, company director of Hawera as a member of the Motor Vehicle Salesmen Registration Authority, each for a term of 3 years on and from the date hereof.
