Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On 11 March 1997 at the District Court at Tauranga, Zane Lyall Cole of 141 Fraser Street, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 4 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 12 months from 11 March 1997, following his conviction on a charge of driving whilst disqualified having previously been disqualified. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge Thomas has ordered that a cream Ford Falcon motor vehicle, registered number TT 3726, owned by the above-named defendant Zane Lyall Cole, be forfeited to her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
