Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 22 July 1996, which was granted under those regulations to Carolyn McCraw in respect of Waimiha Preschool, situated at Waimiha Road, R.D., Waimiha.
