Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On 3 March 1997 at the District Court at Tauranga, Stephen Tori Nuku of 13 Dunton Drive, Welcome Bay, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 6 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 2 years from 3 March 1997, following his conviction on 1 charge of driving with excess breath alcohol and 1 charge of driving whilst disqualified. And in addition to the above penalty, Judge McKegg has ordered that a white Nissan Atlas motor vehicle, registered number RO 9466, owned by the defendant, Stephen Tori Nuku be forfeited to her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
