Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 21st day of November 1996 at the District Court at Hamilton, Petra Gwen Hambleton of 21 Blackburn Street, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to 2 months periodic detention following her conviction on a charge of driving with excess breath alcohol. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge C. J. Field has ordered that a 1980 Honda, registration No. JR 3383 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Petra Gwen Hambleton, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
