Tauranga Car Club Incorporated Notice of Intent to Wind Up and Seek Removal From the Register The Tauranga Car Club Incorporated, having its registered office at 11 Warwick Place, Otumoetai, Tauranga, hereby gives notice that it has resolved to wind up under section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, and will follow the procedure of section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the society has ceased to carry on activities, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution. Unless written objection is made to the Registrar of Companies, Private Bag 3090, Hamilton, within 20 working days of this notice, the society will be removed from the Register.
