Jade Harvest (NZ) Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator of Jade Harvest (NZ) Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at Seymour Building, corner of Fencible Drive and Wellington Street, Howick, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies, the final reports and statements referred to in paragraph 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to paragraph 318 (1) (c) of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidation of the company has been completed.
