Forthwith Shelf Co No 26 Limited (in liquidation) (previously trading as Inside Out Restaurant) Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register Forthwith Shelf Co No 26 Limited (in liquidation) (``the company'') which has its registered office at Wellington by request, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955 (``the Act''), on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the liquidators have filed their final report with the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 231 of the Act. The date by which an objection to the removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is not less than 28 days after the date of this notice.
