Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of C.P. Campbell Limited (in liquidation): Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 295 of the Companies Act 1955, that: (a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register under section 293 (1) (e), on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Act.
