Sunrise Foods Limited, Meadow-Lea Foods (NZ) Limited, Aspak Industries Limited and Edible Oil Processors Limited Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the New Zealand Register Take notice that it is intended to apply to remove each of Sunrise Foods Limited, Meadow-Lea Foods (NZ) Limited, Aspak Industries Limited and Edible Oil Processors Limited from the New Zealand Register under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that each company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with the Companies Act 1993. Any objections to any of the removals, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than the 7th day of November 1997.
