Notice of Intention to Request Removal From the Register In the matter of section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993 (``the Act'') and in the matter of M & J Newbold Limited (``the company''), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 85 The Terrace, Wellington. Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Act, the members of the company intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington, a request that the company be removed from the Register of Companies on the ground that at the date of such request the company will have ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
