The United Social Services Shelter Committee Incorporated (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Remove Incorporated Society From the Register Pursuant to Section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 I, Timothy James Reid, liquidator of The United Social Services Shelter Committee Incorporated, whose registered office is situated at 304306 Taranaki Street, Wellington, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the society from the New Zealand Register of Incorporated Societies.
