Lowe Walker Enterprises Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intended Removal of the Above Company From the Register Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator of Lowe Walker Enterprises Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at Level Twenty, 100 Willis Street, Wellington, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in subsection 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to paragraph 318 (1) (e) of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidation of the company has been completed. Unless written objection to such removal, under section 321 of the Act, is delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Private Bag, Napier, by the 23rd day of October 1997 (being a date not less than 28 days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
