Otairi Station Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 295 of the Companies Act 1955 We, Brian Herbert Bockett and Ivan Raymond Booth, liquidators of Otairi Station Limited, whose registered office is situated at Coopers & Lybrand, Bruce Street, Hunterville, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
