Apollo Battery Company (South Island) Limited (in liquidation) (``the company'') Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 295 of the Companies Act 1955 We, Paul Francis Lynskey and Kevin Michael Thomas, liquidators of Apollo Battery Company (South Island) Limited, whose registered office is situated at the offices of Coopers & Lybrand, Level Fourteen, Forsyth Barr House, 764 Colombo Street, Christchurch, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
