Fletcher Challenge (1990 Scheme B) Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register I, Emma Frances Treleaven, liquidator of Fletcher Challenge (1990 Scheme B) Limited (in liquidation) (``the company''), give notice, pursuant to section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, that it is intended to remove the company (which has its registered office in Auckland), from the Register of Companies, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, have been delivered to the Registrar.
