A R Merrin Property Developments Limited, William Eldra Limited, Merritt Homes Limited and Windsor Crighton Limited Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Companies From the Register Address of Registered Office: 134 Victoria Street, Christchurch. Notice is hereby given that the board of directors of the above-named companies propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955, for removal of them from the New Zealand Register. The grounds for removal are that the companies have ceased to carry on business, have discharged their liabilities in full to all known creditors and have distributed their surplus assets in accordance with their memoranda and articles. Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Christchurch within 28 days from the date of publication of this notice, the Registrar may remove these companies from the Register.
