Asdem Contracting Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Remove Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register Asdem Contracting Limited (in liquidation) (``the company''), which has its registered office at 1117 Church Street, Wellington, by request, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955 (``the Act''), on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the liquidators have filed their final report with the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 231 of the Act.
