Living Resources Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Remove From the Register Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, the Registrar will be removing the above company from the Register on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties.
