Titan Buildings Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register of Companies, Titan Buildings Limited (in liquidation) (``the company''), which has its registered office at 47 Boulcott Street, Wellington, by request pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955 (``the Act'') on the grounds that the liquidator has filed with the Registrar of Companies, the final statement and report, pursuant to sections 231 (1) (a) and 293 of the Companies Act.
