Brookclere Holdings Limited and Hartston Holdings Limited Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register Notice is given that under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, application will be made to remove Brookclere Holdings Limited and Hartston Holdings Limited from the Register on the grounds that each company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
