Take notice that it is intended to remove Equitilink New Zealand Limited, Income Link New Zealand Limited, Bondlink New Zealand Limited, Cashlink New Zealand Limited, Equitilink Superstable Fund Limited, Maxi Link New Zealand Limited, Safe Link New Zealand Limited and World Link New Zealand Limited (``the companies'') from the New Zealand Register, under section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955, on the ground that they have ceased to carry on business, have discharged in full their liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed their surplus assets in accordance with their constitutions and the Companies Act 1993. 2.
