Alterius Nominees Limited WN. 239422 Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register Take notice that an officer of Alterius Nominees Limited, whose registered office is at the offices of Simpson Grierson, Level Six, Unisys House, 4452 The Terrace, Wellington, intends to request the Registrar of Companies at Wellington to remove the company from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955. The grounds for removal are that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has no surplus assets to distribute.
