Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company From the Register In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Victor Lucibella Limited: Notice is hereby given that Victor Lucibella Limited, having its registered office at 12 Ward Street, Dannevirke, proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Napier for a declaration of dissolution of the company, pursuant to the provisions of section 293 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its obligations to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles and the Companies Act 1955. Unless written objection is made by any person having an interest in the company within 30 days of the date of this notice, the Registrar of Companies at Napier may dissolve the company.
