B J McLean Limited Take notice that the above company, having its registered office at 9 Summit Drive, Auckland, intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal of the company from the Register, pursuant to section 293 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles and the Companies Act 1955. Any person wishing to object to the removal of the company must deliver such objection to the Registrar of Companies by no later than the 28th day of April 1997.
