Hobson Investments Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register Public notice is given that pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, the Registrar of Companies must remove Hobson Investments Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at Level Five, 50 Anzac Avenue, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register, on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1995, have been sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies, thereby completing the liquidation pursuant to section 219 of the Act.
