SmarTel New Zealand Limited This notice is to advise that Atkinson Butterworth has withdrawn its application for putting SmarTel into liquidation and the matter has now been settled. This dispute had arisen in relation to a legal bill for $5,500 incurred in SmarTel's name by an agent. At the time the notice was served, 5 of the senior executives of SmarTel were in the United States of America conducting due diligence and the notice went unanswered.
