Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation Take notice that on the 22nd day of January 1997, an application for putting Snowden Enterprises Limited (formerly known as Metro Rent-A Car Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Napier under M. No. 10/97. The application is to be heard before the High Court at Napier on Thursday, the 10th day of April 1997 at 10.00 a.m. Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
