Notification of Ordinary Rules Pursuant to section 34 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given of the ordinary rules, set out in the Schedule hereto, which rules shall come into force as stated in the Schedule. Civil Aviation Rules Part 73: Special Use Airspace which shall come into force on 1 January 1998. Civil Aviation Rules Part 91: General Operating and Flight Rules, Amendment 3 which shall come into force on 1 January 1998. Civil Aviation Rules Part 19: Transition Rules, Amendment 2 which shall come into force on 1 January 1998. Civil Aviation Rules Part 1: Definitions and Abbreviations, Amendment 11 which shall come into force on 1 January 1998.
