The Traffic (Kaipara District) Notice 1997 Pursuant to sections 52 (1) (c) and 52 (3) of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and to a delegation from the Minister of Transport dated 31 August 1990, I, Grant Stewart Ellis Milne, Secretary for Transport, give the following notice: N o t i c e (1) This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Kaipara District) Notice 1997. (2) Those localities and roads shown within markings identified in the legend on the plan numbered LT9702/1, entitled ``Kaipara District Roading Speed Restrictions at Dargaville'', and held by the head office of the Land Transport Safety Authority, are declared to be either closely populated localities at all times, pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Transport Act 1962, or 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas, pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, as stated in the legend. The plan and legend are hereby incorporated into this notice. (3) The following notices are revoked: (a) The Traffic (Dargaville Borough) Notice No. 1, 1976*. (b) Excluding Streets and Roads from the Limitation as to Speed imposed by the Motor-vehicles Amendment Act 1936 Section 3. Signed at Wellington this 31st day of January 1997. G. S. E.
