Title and commencement (1) This notice may be cited as the Authorised Futures Dealers Notice 1996 (No. 5), Amendment No. 7, and shall be read together and deemed part of the Authorised Futures Dealers Notice 1996 (No. 5) (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice). (2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette. 2.
