Alternative Standard for High-Mounted Stop Lamps Pursuant to regulation 36 of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990, I, John Andrew Justice, Senior Engineer, hereby prescribe the standard specified in the Schedule to this notice as an alternative standard for the purposes of regulation 19 and item 9 of the Second Schedule of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990.
