Notification of Ordinary Rules Pursuant to section 34 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given of the ordinary rules set out in the Schedule hereto, which shall come into force as specified. Schedule Civil Aviation Rules Part 39: Airworthiness Directives, effective from 14 March 1997. Civil Aviation Rules Part 91: General Operating and Flight Rules, effective from 1 April 1997. These ordinary rules were signed by the Minister of Transport on the 12th day of December 1996, and are available for inspection at the Head Office of the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand, 1 Market Grove (P.O.
