The New Zealand Railways Corporation (Fees for Documents) Notice 1997 Pursuant to the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby gives the following notice: N o t i c e 1. Title and commencement (1) This notice may be cited as the New Zealand Railways Corporation (Fees for Documents) Notice 1997. (2) This notice shall come into force on the 12th day of June 1997. 2. Fees for documents The fees which the New Zealand Railways Corporation may charge for the preparation of the documents specified in section 118 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation 1981, shall be those prescribed in the Schedule to this notice. 3. All fees quoted are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax. 4. The New Zealand Railways Corporation (Fees for Documents) Notice in 1992, is hereby revoked. Proclamation or declaration A fee reasonably proportionate with the work involved with a minimum of $300.00 and a maximum of $500.00.
