The Telecommunications (Disclosure) Regulations 1990 The information required to be published by Telecom under the Telecommunications (Disclosure) Regulations 1990, for the quarter ended 31 December 1996 is available, as from 31 January 1997, on request by any person, at the principal offices of Telecom in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
