Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road: State Highway No. 60, Tasman to Motueka It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 30 April 1997, and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 60, commencing at the southern boundary of Dickers Road (at RP 17/8.03) and proceeding in a generally north-westerly direction on the north-eastern side of the highway to the north-eastern boundary of Wharf Road (at RP 17/15.24) and on the south-western side of the highway to the northern boundary of part Lot 10, D.P. 1525 (at RP 17/15.27), as more particularly shown in Plan LA 54/56/3 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Wellington, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
