Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road: State Highway No. 6, Nelson to Maitai Bridge It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 3 March 1997, and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 6, commencing at the south-west boundary of part Section 16, D.P. 3360, C.T. 3D/1549 (at RP 99/9.08) and proceeding in a southerly direction, for a distance of approximately 6.62 kilometres, to the eastern abutment of the Maitai Bridge, Nelson City (at RP 99/15.71) as more particularly shown in Plan LAR 10/6/8 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Wellington and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
