Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road: State Highway No. 6, Brightwater to Arnold Lane It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 3 March 1997, and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 6 commencing at the north-east boundary of River Terrace Road (at RP 131/5.90) and proceeding in a generally south-westerly direction, for a distance of approximately 2.7 kilometres, to the south-western boundary of Arnold Lane (at RP 131/8.60) as more particularly shown in Plan LAR 10/6/8-1a and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Wellington and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
