Legal Services Board Instructions The Legal Services Board gives notice that on the 25th day of March 1997, it issued the following instructions to come into force on the 12th day of May 1997. The amendment to the principal instructions makes provision for the board to receive a monthly report from each district legal services committee on the number of cases where mediation as a disbursement has been approved, and the total amount approved for such cases. Mediation as a disbursement has been provided for by the board in the Legal Services Board (Civil Legal Aid Remuneration) Instructions 1996, Amendment No. 1, which came into force on 1 February 1997.
