Rules of Casino Table Games, Amendment No. 6 Pursuant to section 63 of the Casino Control Act 1990, the Casino Control Authority on 28 February 1997 resolved that, with effect from 10.00 a.m. on Friday, 14 March 1997, Division XII of the Rules of Casino Table Games approved to be conducted and played in the licensed casinos at: (a) 3038 Victoria Street, Christchurch; and (b) the property bounded by Hobson, Victoria, Federal and Wellesley Streets, Auckland, as set out in the Supplement dated 26 January 1996 to the New Zealand Gazette of 25 January 1996, and as subsequently amended by notices in the editions of the New Zealand Gazette of 22 February 1996, 4 April 1996, 11 July 1996, 24 October 1996 and 12 December 1996, be amended as set out below. 1.0 Interpretation The definition of ``Banker Wager Area'' in rule 1.0 of this division is hereby amended by deleting the word ``co-banking'' and substituting ``banker's''. 2.0 Pai Gow Table Layout Diagram 13 is hereby deleted and the diagram contained in the Schedule hereto substituted. 3.0 General Conditions of Play 3.1 Rule 8.3 of this division is hereby amended by deleting the words ``to the right of the float (from the dealer's perspective)'' and substituting ``for tiles as shown in Diagram 13''. 3.2 Rule 8.15 of this division is hereby deleted. 4.0 Procedures for Methods of Play Rule 9.2 of this division is hereby amended by inserting, after subparagraph (b), the following: ``(ba) the dealer shall take the player/banker's wager and place it in the banker wager area;''. 5.0 House Way Paragraph 2.3 of Appendix C to the division is hereby amended by deleting the following: ``Eights with Teen and Day Teen/Day and 11 Teen/Day and 10'', and substituting: ``Eights with Teen and Day Teen/Day and 11 Teen/Day and 10 11 and 10 11 and 9 10 and 10 (non-pairing)''.
