M W Richardson Limited (in receivership) Notice of Appointment of Receiver Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed receiver of M W Richardson Limited on the 16th day of October 1997, by the National Bank of New Zealand Limited under the terms of a debenture giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
