Spectrum Design Furniture Limited Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 Spectrum Design Furniture Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland on the 30th day of July 1997, appointed Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountant of Auckland, as receiver and manager of the property of Spectrum Design Furniture Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 20th day of December 1996, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital and goodwill and all other assets. The office of the receiver is care of Litigation Support Services Limited, Seventh Floor, Southern Cross Building, High Street, Auckland. Dated this 30th day of July 1997. G. S. REA, Receiver.
